Bruna Rea
Bruna Rea
Born in Bern, Switzerland, into an Italian family, Bruna moved to Ecuador in 1988 and never looked back. Over the decades, she has dedicated her career to managing travel operations and welcoming international guests. As our General and Operations Manager, she keeps the day-to-day running smoothly behind the scenes.
Her absolute favorite part of the job is designing tailor-made journeys across Ecuador’s four worlds. An avid lover of nature and local culture, she has a particular soft spot for Ecuador’s incredible birdlife and traditional textile arts. Whether you’re hoping to discover rare cloud-forest birds or explore vibrant Indigenous markets, Bruna loves shaping each itinerary around what inspires you, bringing together genuine local insight, creativity and years of experience.

What she loves most is sharing this knowledge with travelers and helping them look beyond the highlights to discover the details, stories and wildlife that make the islands so special.
With her deep local knowledge and personal connection to the archipelago, Maja brings a rare perspective to every Galápagos journey, helping you experience the islands in a genuinely meaningful and authentic way.

Together, Bruna and Maja combine deep local expertise with an international perspective to help you discover Ecuador and the Galápagos.
